Doctor Amjad Almasri

Dr. Amjad Almasri's philosophy is to deliver the best, most compassionate, and patient-oriented dental care to everyone he treats.

Where Did You Study Dentistry?

Dr. Almasri received his postgraduate training in periodontics and IV sedation at the Indiana University School of Dentistry, where he obtained a Master of Science in Dentistry (MSD) degree. Prior to that, he attended the Claude Bernard University School of Medicine in Lyon, France, for his degree in oral biology. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Damascus University and he is a Diplomate of the Board of Periodontology.

He has taught and worked at multiple universities, including Indiana University, Al Dammam University, and the East Texas Treatment Facility of the University of Texas Medical Branch.

Additionally, he has conducted several dental research projects, and his work has been published in the Journal of Periodontology. His willingness to provide the highest level of care to his patients is demonstrated by his commitment to constantly continuing his education and applying the latest technologies and clinical advancements. In addition to traditional periodontal surgeries and dental implant treatment, he is certified in the LANAP protocol and laser periodontal therapy.

Today, Dr. Almasri holds memberships in several American and European professional organizations, including the:

Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?

Having lived and practiced all over the world, Dr. Almasri is fluent in English, French, and Arabic. He comes from a large extended family, has 2 brothers and 1 sister, and was thrilled to grow his family when he wed his wife in 2021. He is happily married and loves spending time with his wife, son, and extended family!
